Canon Runs Photo Workshops at U.S. National Parks

  • June 21, 2007
Camera maker Canon is running photography workshops at U.S. National Parks this summer.

The workshops, at Yosemite, Grand Canyon and Yellowstone National Parks, will be run by Canon Explorer of Light photographers Adam Jones and Lewis Kemper, along with other Canon-selected photographers.

The free workshops include a photo contest offering the chance for amateurs to display their work and win prizes in the categories of landscape and wildlife photography in the parks.

Photo enthusiasts are encouraged to submit their favorite photographs from an American park through Sept. 29 to the Canon Digital Learning Center.

Winning photographers in the categories of landscape and wildlife will win a trip to the participating parks of their choice, along with a full suite of Canon photographic equipment.
