DDB Gets More Georgia-Pacific Biz

Georgia-Pacific has consolidated its $60 million toilet-paper and paper-towel at DDB Worldwide, leaving paper-towel incumbent Fallon high and dry. DDB already had the toilet-paper brands, including Quilted Northern and Angel Soft, and it now gets Brawny and Sparkle paper-towels. Fallon declined to defend the business during a six-month review that featured Mother, TBWA/Chiat/Day and Campbell-Mithun.

"DDB is a world-class organization that has the depth of talent, creativity and resources to help Georgia-Pacific in its ambitious growth objectives for the future," says Sean Fallmann, head of the company's North American Consumer Business.

Earlier this week, Fallon picked up a Cyber Silver Lion award for its "Brawny Academy," an online reality series featuring the "Brawny Man," who helps men found lacking in manly skills and social graces.
