Fox News has named former SmartMoney.com editor Ray Hennessey as managing editor and director for the Web site of the new Fox Business Channel, which it plans to launch later this year. In addition to
SmartMoney.com, Hennessey had also been providing weekly financial commentaries for CBS News. Hennessey will oversee all editorial content and design function for the new site.
