Mediaedge:cia has won the consolidated media services account for Paramount Pictures International and Paramount Home Entertainment International. Mediaedge:cia, which has been Paramount's U.S. media
agency of record since 2004, bested Paramount's international incumbent, Publicis' ZenithOptimedia Group, to win the account, which is estimated to be worth $300 million in overseas media billings.
