ClipSyndicate's business model aligns content provider and Web publisher interests with advertisers' interests by creating a targeted revenue-share advertising network on brand-safe, news-oriented content.
Under the new partnership, inventory from ClipSyndicate's network will be sold by Tremor Media as part of vertical channels and custom-targeted media plans on the Tremor network.
Tremor recently struck a similar deal with Brightcove, a Web video services company, which is also now carrying Tremor's network of advertisers.
Tremor provides advertisers with both in-banner and in-stream video ad opportunities on some 400 publisher sites--with more than 75 million unique visitors per month.
