PIC-TV promoted JACKIE GARCIA from assistant account executive, to account executive. Garcia, who works with PIC-TV clients Kraft, Schering Plough, and KAO Brands, will have additional new business responsibilities in her new position, as well as develop deeper business relationships with existing clients.
