Yahoo named Maggie Wilderotter, chairman and CEO of telecom firm Citizens Communications Co., to its board of directors. Before joining Citizens in November 2004, she had been senior vice president of
Microsoft's worldwide public sector division and an executive with AT&T's wireless and aviation-communications divisions.
