Don't get too dependent on search engine algorithms to drive traffic to your site. That's the message from Web site operator Answers Corp. Its Answers.com saw traffic fall by 28% after Google
adjusted the mathematical equations that have typically drawn users to the site.
CEO Bob Rosenschein said he is looking to find ways to drive traffic directly to the company's sites. For
example, the newly acquired Dictionary.com would tend to attract more direct visitors.
