The Richmond, Va.-based firm says it surveyed 12,000 women on carmax.com to gather their experiences at showrooms.
As in 2006, the largest percentage of respondees said the lack of quick, effortless transactions was their biggest complaint. Those numbers haven't changed, and it's still the top complaint. One percent more women this year said they lacked "a salesman I liked and trusted."
Other top gripes: lack of low, fair pricing and lack of "respect for/attention to my wants and needs."
