Alan Cohen has resigned his post as Twentieth Century Fox's President of Domestic Marketing, effective immediately. “During my brief tenure at Fox,” Cohen said, “I've determined that, given the department's structure, I could not make the kind of contribution I had envisioned when I joined the studio.” Cohen joined Fox in January from ABC-TV, where he was Executive Vice President of Marketing, Advertising and Promotion. Robert Harper, the studio's Vice Chairman, commented, “Alan is an excellent marketing executive and contributed to a number of campaigns, including ICE AGE. After discussing the situation with Alan, I understand that the circumstances he found here were not what he was looking for.”
