LG Electronics Awards Digital Display Creative To Agency.com

LG Electronics this week awarded lead worldwide creative duties on its digital display division to Agency.com. The Omnicom unit's New York office is expected to lead the way for LG. Managing the $100 million account will include interactive, TV, print and guerilla marketing initiatives. Sister shop TBWA is expected to provide global network support.

The major win comes a critical time for Agency.com, which has been seeking direction under the leadership of recently returned CEO Chan Suh. Last year, LG spent about $70 million in major measured media in the United States, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus.
