aQuantive Gets Acquisitive, Acquires Razorfish

aQuantive Inc., the interactive agency holding company that owns Avenue A and I-Frontier, Monday announced the acquisition of Razorfish for $160 million in cash ($85 million) and notes ($75 million). The deal is the latest of in resurgent financial marketplace for Internet related marketing services. Razorfish, a New York-based company with 500 employees that provides Web site marketing services, had $93 million in net 2003 revenues.
