ABC Names Davis As EVP To Oversee All News

ABC has rejiggered its news ops. Per David Westin's memo, the ABC News president has named Dave Davis executive vice president who will oversee all TV news broadcasts. He is now in charge of "Good Morning America," "World News," "20/20," "Primetime," "Nightline," "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" and overnight news. All of the shows and executive producers will report to Davis. Paul Slavin will be named senior vice president for digital--reporting to Westin, and overseeing ABCNEWS.com, ABC News Now and mobile and broadband services.
