Wenner Media, owner of Rolling Stone, and Bauer Publishing--which publishes In Touch, among other mags--will participate in the Audit Bureau of Circulations' new Rapid Report service. The dual announcements from the competing publishers of newsstand celeb titles bring on board some of the last holdouts among major magazine publishers. They follow close on the heels of Conde Nast, which also joined last week. ABC's Rapid Report wants to deliver circulation figures to publishers and media buyers within two weeks of a specific title's publication date. The relatively new service, introduced in 2006, aims to give magazine measurement speed and transparency to rival the Internet--a key demand of media planners wowed by the Internet's quick data turnaround. The circulation data is available to subscribers via the Internet. --Erik Sass
