YES Network to Launch Without Cablevision Deal (Reuters)
When the New York Yankees take the field against the Cincinnati Reds in a spring training exhibition game in Florida on Tuesday, Yankees Entertainment & Sports channel will have 12 cameras focused on
them for the first game to be televised on the new cable channel. Missing from the inaugural broadcast will be 3 million Cablevision Systems Corp. subscribers.
