Calvin Klein, Inc., has entered into a strategic licensing agreement with G-III Apparel Group, Ltd. for a new line of women's performance apparel.

Branded as "Calvin Klein Performance," the product will incorporate athletic and performance wear for yoga, running, tennis and biking. The line will feature items made with performance fabrics and will include pants, capris, shorts, tank tops, T-shirts and hooded jackets, as well as tennis skirts and dresses.

The line will be offered at suggested retail prices that match comparable athletic-inspired brands and is expected to ship 12 months a year beginning with a soft launch for the Spring 2008 season and a complete rollout expected for the Fall 2008 season.
