Information Resources, a provider of consumer behavior insights to the consumer packaged goods industry announced a strategic relationship with Market ADvantage, Inc., a provider of retail print advertising analysis and Web-based electronic reporting solutions. The relationship offers both retailers and manufacturers across the CPG industry the opportunity to obtain information on competitive insert advertising placements throughout the United States using technology from Market ADvantage and IRI. Further, retailers and manufacturers will also be afforded the chance to match advertising exposure with sales information to more effectively manage promotional advertising and category performance.
