Fans Line Up For Nike's Commemorative Air Jordan

Twenty-three years after the first Nike Air Jordan was released, the brand is still strong enough to cause sidewalk jams: Atlanta TV station WSBTV reported Friday that people had been lining up since Wednesday for the chance to buy 23 pairs of shoes set to go on sale on Friday.
This is the 23rd edition of shoes named for Michael Jordan, who wore the No. 23 jersey. As part of the launch, only 23 pairs of the Nike shoes will be sold at 23 stores nationwide, for $230.
