Search Assist helped Yahoo gain 41satisfaction points over the course of six
months--moving from third to first place in the search suggestions category. And the Web giant also made major gains in terms of future usage, customer satisfaction and overall customer experience.
According to Michael Kronthal, a member of the Yahoo Search customer insights team, "I think the Keynote study provides some nice third-party validation that by focusing directly on a key user need and building a solution that addresses it pays dividends to our users."
