Gannett Co. tapped Robert J. Dickey as president of its newspaper division. Dickey was a senior group president of Gannett's Pacific Group and chairman of Phoenix Newspapers Inc. He will oversee 83
daily newspapers and their Web sites. The company also renamed the unit Gannett U.S. Community Publishing.
