"If Jason Calacanis is going to park his butt on that stage again at another Search Engine Strategies, why should his
hour there be cakewalk like it was the past two times," Evans says. "Isn't it time, we as an industry ask this guy some serious questions, instead of letting him slide by with calling our industry
[epithet] and push Mahalo?"
So she's forged a relationship with the SES programming team--and through March 13, will be accepting questions from readers for Calcanis. There are a few stipulations, though. The questions can't be personal jabs like "why are you such a jerk"--nor should they focus on having Calcanis reiterate his previous inflammatory statements. What Evans is aiming for is an eye-opening session for both Calcanis and the audience--not a derogatory experience for him or a snooze- fest for attendees.
