FLETCHER WHITWELL was promoted to corporate media director, overseeing all media activities for R&R Partners' five offices. Whitwell previously served as media director of the Las Vegas office, where he managed the agency's $80 million Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority account, as well as all Las Vegas-based clients, including the Southern Nevada Water Authority, Sierra Pacific/Nevada Power, Ultimate Fighting Championship and Nevada Resort Association.
