Starcom Wins BofA

Bank of America awarded its $230 million media planning and buying account to Starcom following a review that began in December. The account will be staffed out of the agency's Chicago office, with some help from Boston. Starcom will work with BBDO, Hill Holliday, and other agency partners working on the bank's business. --Amy Corr
