Thumbplay Enters Partnership With Clear Channel Radio

Mobile entertainment company Thumbplay has entered into a partnership with Clear Channel Radio to roll out customized mobile content stores across more than 650 of the radio giant's local music station Web sites.

Thumbplay has also developed a widget that allows DJs at each station to select their favorite ringtones and update those selections themselves online. The move follows a week after Thumbplay closed $18 million venture capital in a fresh round of funding.
