Google, Yahoo and MSN remained in their respective first, second and third spots in terms of search volume in February. But the latest search market share report from Nielsen Online shows that search
is diversifying in the U.S., as ISPs like Comcast and AT&T garnered over 42 million and 24 million searches last month. Searchers conducted an average of 12 searches per month on Comcast Search and 10
on AT&T Worldnet Search.
Meanwhile, comparison-shopping engine NexTag snagged nearly 22 million searches, with shoppers running a search on the engine at least three times per
month.
