Sour Note: Music Mags Endure Big Ad Dips

Record labels were once the core advertisers of music magazines. But in the iPod and Zune library age, ad dollars are going to the net. That's a big blow to music titles, that are dipping in all major categories, including auto. Rolling Stone, the category's iconic publication, saw a 33% drop, according to Publishers Information Bureau.
