In a press release Tuesday, PeopleSoft Inc. announced plans to integrate America Online Inc.'s instant messaging technology into its business software. Financial terms of the agreement weren't
disclosed. AOL Time Warner Inc.'s America Online said Enterprise AIM services, its first business-class instant messaging product, provides companies more control of access, routing and permission.
