Publicis Groupe has acquired Kekst and Company, a strategic and financial New York-based PR firm. Kekst and Company will operate autonomously under its name as a member of Publicis Groupe's
Specialized Agencies and Marketing Services. The shop will continue to be led by CEO Gershon Kekst.
