Hill & Knowlton beefed up its digital communications strategy in Asia with three sub-regional appointments. Matthew Overington, based in Sydney, will head digital for Australasia, Raoul Le Blond,
based in Singapore, will head digital in SE Asia, and Lynn Fong, based in Beijing, will lead digital in North Asia.
