Regency TV is shuttering after a 10-year run that began with the success of "Malcolm in the Middle." The decision came soon after its head, Robin Schwartz, left to become president of Oprah Winfrey's
OWN cable net, reports
Variety. The company has just five staffers now and departure details are being worked out. Regency TV had been jointly operated by Arnon Milchan's Regency Enterprises
and Fox Television Studios.
