Fox is reaching out to college kids. The premieres of "Fringe" and season opener of "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" will stream online at the same time they air on TV, per
Variety--but only on college compuses where users can log on. The "Terminator" will run on Sept. 8, "Fringe" Sept. 9.
