In his new role, Kain will lead MindShare Search in the development of paid and organic search best practices, as well as advanced search initiatives (including video, mobile and social media). His team includes more than 20 search specialists. MindShare Search was formed as part of a general restructuring of MindShare, with the goal of better integrating search throughout the strategic planning and media planning and buying process agency-wide.
Kain most recently served as SVP of business development and U.S. search solutions at 24-7 Real Media, which GroupM's parent company WPP acquired in 2007. --Tameka Kee
