Steven Smith is Arbitron's new executive vice president of survey operations, heading the rollout of the PPM service in the top 50 markets by the end of 2010. Smith is reponsble for improving the
company's audio services, inclding the Internet and satelite. Previously, he was chief operating officer of Flexi-Mat Corp.
