Fleishman-Hillard Buys Stake In Paul Wilmot

Omnicom's Fleishman-Hillard International Communications is buying a majority interest in the 12-year-old Paul Wilmot Communications, whose client roster is heavy in fashion kingpins, including Calvin Klein, Oscar de la Renta, Tommy Hilfiger and Sean John. The Paul Wilmot brand will remain intact. The agency currently has 35 full-time staffers. Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
