Initiative hired JASON MEIL as evp, director, innovations and KATY FERGUSON as vp, group account director to head its Innovations and Entertainment teams, respectively. Meil was previously svp of original programming, acquisitions and user-generated content at Current Media. Ferguson was previously vp, associate media director at PHD, and replaces GREG CASTRONUOVO. In addition, DAVE ROSNER was promoted to vp, director, innovations; and PAUL LEYS was elevated to director, innovations.
