Ex-IAC Exec Koyfman Joins Spark Capital

Former InterActiveCorp executive Moshe Koyfman has joined Boston-based venture capital firm Spark Capital as a principal. He most recently served as chief operating officer of Connected Ventures, parent of CollegeHumor.com, BustedTees.com and Vimeo.com.

Before that, Koyfman helped establish IAC Programming, a new unit of the company focused on opportunities in the digital media space. In his role as vice president, he oversaw the acquisition and integration of Connected Ventures and helped develop other new businesses.

In his new role, Koyfman will focus on bolstering Spark's ties to the New York entrepreneurial community and help lead the firm's expansion into the local market. Spark, with $622 million under management, has invested in companies including Akamai, Aether Systems and College Sports Television.--Mark Walsh
