Platform A Exec Joins Metacafe

Jack Rotherham, formerly with AOL's Platform A, has joined Metacafe as senior vice president, strategic sales and partnerships.
In his new role, Rotherham will lead Metacafe's work with Fortune 1000 companies interested in tightly integrating their brands into the online entertainment experience and employing social media as a marketing vehicle.
At Platform A, Rotherham oversaw strategic planning and monetization initiatives for video, social media and high-reach properties including AOL Video, Advertising.com Video Network, AIM, ICQ, Bebo, AOL eMail and AOL News. Previously, Rotherham spent nearly 20 years in the magazine publishing industry.--Tanya Irwin
