Adap.tv Gets $13 Million Series B

Adap.tv has closed a $13 million Series B round of funding. The online video monetization company plans to use the funds to continue developing its OneSource video ad and network management platform for publishers.

New investor Spark Capital led the round, and Spark Capital General Partner Dennis Miller will join Adap.tv's board of directors. Existing investors Redpoint Ventures and Gemini Israel Fund also participated in the round. The two VC firms pumped $10 million into San Mateo, Calif.-based Adap.tv during a Series A investment round in July 2007. --Tameka Kee
