Anderson Upped To Top Programmer, ABC Radio

ABC Radio promoted Carl Anderson to senior vice president, programming and distribution. The appointment coincides with the merging of the programming and affiliate relations departments for the network. Previously, Anderson was vice president of music programming, where he supervised ABC Radio's nine 24-hour formats. Before ABC, he was the program director for WJZW in Washington, D.C.
