SUSAN L. LUTTER has joined sparks Online as VP of Sales. Lutter has more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Prior to joining Spark Online she worked with Adknowledge and helped launch the Internet advertising industry's first media planning tool. She also introduced integrated online media management to ad agencies and marketers. Under her leadership, Adknowledge landed prestigious accounts with eBay, Providian, Amazon, PlanetRX and Compaq. Before she joined Adknowledge, Lutter co-founded Owens/Lutter Advertising, one of San Francisco's Top 20 Advertising Agencies.

PAUL BENJOU is the newest member to Global Network Incorporated's Board of Directors. Benjou is Sr. VP, Group Media Director of DraftWorldwide. His media career spans 30 years.

CHARLES ANDES and TERRY RUBRITZ have new positions at NetworkDirect, Inc. Andes has been named Chairman. He recently served as CEO and Chairman of the Franklin Mint. Rubritz, previously Marketing Strategist and Product Manager for over 18 years, is the newly appointed CMO.

JUDE D. RAKE has joined Eastman Kodak Company as VP and General Manager of Marketing for the U.S. and Canada Region of its Consumer Imaging business. Prior to joining Kodak, Rake was VP of S.C. Johnson's Home Cleaning Business.

Mark McCourt is the newly appointed VP of Media at MediaBrains.com. McCourt joins MediaBrains from PowersGolf where he led business development, marketing, and sales.

DANNY D'ELIA is leaving United Television Sales and will be joining FOX SPORTS NET in a similar capacity. D'Elia has been with UTS since its inception 5 years ago.

MARGO WITT and PAUL SANTELLO have recently joined Lot21. Witt joins the company from marchFIRST; she will act as Director of Account Management. Santello, who joins Lot21 from Leo Burnett Company, has been named Director of Strategic Planning.
