Engage Inc. agreed to sell its Internet Profiles Corp. unit to TopicalNet Inc. and expects to close the transaction in mid-April. Financial terms weren't disclosed. In a press release Wednesday, the
companies said the transaction combines TopicalNet's automated content classification technology with Internet Profiles' site measurement, customer analytics and online audit services. Engage Inc. is
a unit of CMGI Inc.
