Time Warner Cable and LIN TV have settled their retrans differences. On Oct. 2, the LIN signal went dark for TWC customers in three markets: Austin, Texas, Buffalo, N.Y., and Columbus, Ohio. The
agreement brings LIN programming back to 12 stations and 1.5 million subscribers, reports
