It began as an Australian comedy, but NBC's "Kath & Kim" has clicked in the U.S. The new show, which stars Molly Shannon and Selma Blair as a mother-daughter duo, just got a full-season pickup.
Reveille and Universal Media Studios are behind the effort, which has aired four episodes so far.
