Regent Communications has announced that it has completed its previously announced agreement with Clear Channel Communications to exchange Regent's eight stations serving the Mansfield, Ohio (2FM/1AM) and Victorville, California (3FM/2AM) markets plus $80.5 million in cash for Clear Channel's nine stations serving the Grand Rapids, Michigan (3FM) and Albany, New York (4FM/2AM) markets. In addition, the Company also announced that it has completed its previously announced agreement with Capstar Radio Operating Company, an affiliate of AMFM Inc., to acquire WNWZ-AM serving the Grand Rapids, Michigan market.
