Del Taco Installs Director Of Consumer Insights

Tom Johnson has joined the company in the new position at the Mexican quick-serve chain.

Johnson is responsible for developing and executing research plans, tools and processes for Del Taco's business growth. Johnson reports to Peter Honer, vice president, business insights and planning.

Before joining Del Taco, Johnson spent 10 years with Lieberman Research Worldwide including serving as assistant general manager of the Orange County, Calif. office, where he led research projects for QSR and other clients.--Nina Lentini
