Facebook COO Leaves eHealth Board

Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg resigned from the board of directors at eHealth last week "so she could devote more of her time to personal and professional obligations," according to The (San Jose) Mercury News.

The paper cited a filing that the online health insurance company made Friday announcing Sandberg's replacement on the board--Stanford University Chief Financial Officer Randall Livingston.--Tanya Irwin
