The Game Show Network achieved universe estimated growth to 26,730,000 total households as of June 30, according to Nielsen. The network’s subscriber list has increased by 888,000 households since
June 2000 and by 8,846,000 since July 1999. During the past six months, the Game Show Network gain of over 2,662,000 new subscribers ranked the service among the top five fastest growing cable
networks. In March 2000, the Game Show Network added over one million new subscribers as it launched on various MediaOne cable systems in the Boston DMA.
