While "Mad Men" was winning Golden Globes last week, Matthew Weiner was hammering out his deal. The show's creator is back with the series after months of negotiations, getting a two-year,seven-figure
overall deal with Lionsgate TV to continue on the hit AMC drama, per
The Hollywood Reporter. The deal will cover his work as executive producer of "Mad Men," as well as developing new projects
and a potential feature for Lionsgate.
