iProspect, iCrossing, 360i Top Forrester's Wave

Digital agencies iProspect, iCrossing and 360i took top stops this year in The Forrester Wave: U.S. Search Marketing Agencies Q1 2009 report, which evaluates search marketing agencies against 72 criteria.

The research firm reviewed integrated search strategies, paid and search engine optimization options, technologies and more.

For the second year in a row, iProspect leads the study, but this time because of its strategy and corporate leadership. iCrossing and 360i took leader positions for their research-based approaches to keyword development and automation.

Strong performers include Impaqt, for its "analytics prowess;" Razorfish, for how well it "integrates search with other online media;" and Reprise Media, for its "open platform and social media competence," according to Forrester.--Laurie Sullivan
