Air2Web and CLX See Positive Results From Mobile Polling Campaigns

Air2Web and CLX are expected to announce this morning that CLX's text messaging application PollCastTM has seen a 70 percent response rate from 20 text messaging polls conducted for its retailer, consumer brand, and ad agency clients. The PollCast subscriber base, called the MemberMatrixTM, is comprised of opt-in users from around the country. The program is free, and open to all persons 15 years of age and up, and members have the ability to opt-out at any time. Each time a subscriber responds to a text message from PollCast, he/she is compensated. The compensation amount appears at the beginning of the question and may be in the form of cash, points (hotel or car rental), or miles (airlines).
